• Participation is based on the evaluations of a panel of ballet professionals.
• You can submit only one ballet 7 to 15 minutes in length. Do not submit more than one ballet.
• The ballet must have been created within the past three years.
• The work auditioned does not need to be en pointé but it must be based in the ballet vocabulary.
• The work auditioned does not need to be a finished work although, you must audition at least 7 minutes of the work.
• The work presented in the Showcase must be the work auditioned.
• If selected, the work may not be presented in the New York metropolitan area for three months prior to and one month following the showcase.
• No piece may be auditioned twice.

• A videotape or a DVD of your ballet.
• Cue videotape to the beginning of the ballet you are auditioning. If you are submitting a DVD with more than one ballet on it, make sure the one you are auditioning is clearly indicated.
• A filled out Facts Sheet.

• If you wish your video or DVD returned, please include a self-addressed stamped (not metered) envelope. Do not put tape over the stamps.

Your application must be postmarked no later than Saturday, October 3rd, 2009
